  12. How come I only get to download ftp-files at a max speed of 1KB/sek? I
  13. have a Pentium100 / Dynalink1428VQE / 16550AF uart / Windows95/
  14. Diamond stealth 64 dram, and all other high-speed stuff.. Still my
  15. download-rate is 1/3 of what is normal.

  17. I have tried lots of different modem-drivers with the same result. I
  18. use the same win95-modem settings as people with 3KB/sek..
  19. Is my modem pure shit, or what is happening?
